The organization has also developed the highly impactful Gestalt Test, a psychology-based career assessment tool that has been taken by over 30,000 students across 36 countries. The test integrates scientifically designed psychological instruments developed by Dr. Madhura Kelkar with advanced AI integration led by Dr. Bhooshan Kelkar.
Conducted as a 30-minute online assessment, the Gestalt Test evaluates 21 key parameters and suggests optimal career options from a pool of 84 career paths. Additionally, it uniquely recommends the top 5 personalized study methods from a set of 26, tailored to each student. When implemented effectively, students have demonstrated measurable academic improvement ranging from 2% to 10%.
The Gestalt Test has been evaluated by AICTE and is utilized by multiple organizations and companies in India and abroad, reinforcing its credibility and global relevance.
