Dr. Saima Pervez is assistant professor in DME Noida, She is also executive Director of ICERT She completed PhD from Amity University Noida, in a record time of 3 years. She has more then 7Scopus and more then 23 UGC Care publications. Attended more then 20 international conferences. Received best paper award in many. Dr Pervez has authored 8 books, written chapters in 5 books.Dr. Pervez has done DLitt from Marlyn’s university America. She is a Gold medalist in Graduation from IP University and has been throughout topper. She also holds degrees of M.Ed and B.Ed and Diploma Course in health communication from Symbiosis Pune. She has more than 6 years of experience in industry and teaching. She has received Rajiv Gandhi national Award, APJ Abdul Kalam award to name a few.
