His remarkable career in media and video production began with Doordarshan, where he quickly rose to become a pioneering name, later founding Reflections in 1985 and producing over 8,000 corporate and creative films for leading organizations in India and abroad. He also made his mark in feature films, with Marathi productions like Devki and Vithal Vithal winning over 64 awards including the prestigious Maharashtra State Award.
Beyond entertainment, Dr. Shah has nurtured minds through academia and corporate training, lecturing at premier institutions such as NMIMS and Thakur College, while also founding RIFRACT, a pioneering institute for personality development and video production. His literary contributions have been equally impactful—penning acclaimed works such as A Life Handpicked, Sthitapragya, and the ongoing Hidden Love, all of which aim to inspire and empower youth across diverse communities.
